| The 40mm semi-standard lens fills the gap between the 35mm semi wide
angle and the 50mm standard lens, making it an ideal general purpose lens. The smallest and lightest lens available in this class. This lens can be regarded as the recreation of the 38mm/F2.8 "pancake" lens for the Olympus PEN F camera. The large aperture of F2 makes available light photography easier. The lens features minimum curvature of field and excellent performance effects with great contrast. The min. focusing distance of 30cm. gives a max. reproduction ratio of 1/5 life size. |
