Notes - Related Units |
This 3x zoom lens covers everything from just over standard focal lengths
to powerful telephotos. The bright F4 aperture makes it very suitable for a wide range of subjects. Yet it is remarkably small and light, with a weight of 730g and an overall length of 147mm. The one-touch design allows simulaneous zooming and focusing which can be essential when fast action is required. The minimum focus distance of 1.2m makes it easier to work in tight spaces. A close focus setting at 200mm lets you even focus at 0.85m giving an image magnification of 1:3. This is especially useful for subjects like insects that won't let you get too close, and provides extra space for lighting. |
